The managing director of BIIC Solutions, Jason LeVecke provides assistance to businesses in areas ranging from contract and lease negotiations to real estate and franchising. In March 2017, Jason LeVecke was a member of the host committee for an Arizona event that welcomed Guatemalan party leader, business leader, and past presidential candidate Juan Guillermo Gutierrez to the state.
The attendees of this high-profile event, which honored Guatemala and the United States’ longstanding relations, included Representative Tony Rivero (R–District 21), who chairs the House Committee on Local and International Affairs. As Representative Rivero described it, Guatemala has a relatively young democracy predicated on the concept of economic freedom. Integral to the stability and expansion of this system has been the public- and private-sector work of Gutierrez over the decades.
Juan Guillermo Gutierrez is the CEO, president, and a cofounding member of the food service, distribution, and sales company Xela, which has operations spanning North America and Europe. A key asset is the fast food restaurant chain Arturo’s, which maintains operations in Guatemala and Venezuela.
